Online Cooking 101: A Taste of Africa

Welcome to Online Cooking 101: 

If you have participated in a cooking class or have completed one of our Online COOL'inary Clubs, then try this 101 course!  It is the perfect class for young chefs looking to practice and advance their culinary skills and have fun in the kitchen! This month, we will explore cuisine from the continent of Africa through THREE distinct and delicious recipes from THREE different countries! 

• Grow COOL'inary confidence
• Become a more seasoned chef
• Eat yummy food and have fun

We'll feature three awesome, African-inspired recipes together:

• Savory South African Sweet Potato Stew with Eba Dipping Dumplings
• Real Rwandan Spiced Honey Bread and Lemon Butter
• ​​​​​​​Puff the Nigerian Doughnuts + New Year’s Honey Drizzle

Class Notes:

• Class Time is 6:00 pm EST to 7:00 pm EST.
• Class is open to ALL AGES.
• Only 1 registration is needed per household. Siblings can join on the same screen and can share ingredients OR have their own!
• Your child will need access to a full oven.
• Parental guidance is suggested, based on your child's age and ability.
• You will receive a welcome email before the class with instructions for logging in and the recipes [Be sure to check your spam folder!] AND you will have access to the recipes through your account after registration.
